LAKEWATER Idol Vapourings

Idol Vapourings is the debut release of LAKEWATER.

Idol Vapourings is the debut recording of LAKEWATER! And November 2023 it was performed and launched at The Rumpus Room in Owen Sound. Andy Elliott and David Chevalier have been performing together since 2022.

The band's first performance together was at Electric-Eclectics in Collingwood in the spring of 2022.

Their first festival appearance as LAKEWATER was at the annual Electric-Eclectics summer festival in Meaford at Scotch Mountain in 2023.

Electric-Eclectics is renowned for presenting diverse, international avant garde electronic acts in a gorgeous rural setting at The Funny Farm.

Lakewater is grateful to Gordon Monahan and Laura Kikauka for the invitation. The lineup included Alexander Hacke (of EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN) & Danielle de Picciotto, Dorit Chrysler (the world's pre-eminent theraminist), Hot Garbage, and many other groundbreaking artists.
