Wiretone Records was founded in 2018 by David Chevalier and Zoë Thurling.
David has been active in the local music scene in Grey County, Ontario since 2009 as member of Woe with Jacob Chegahno, Jonathan Cox, Patrick Dorfman and Josh Richardson and previously in the underground music scene in Guelph, Ontario in the 1980s in Baby Turns Blue, The Wailing Wall, Love's Ugly Children and in Toronto in the Lucifer Caterpillar. David also spent time busking in the Tokyo subway system and once caused a riot at Yokahama Station.
Zoë Thurling is a designer and creative director. Zoë has performed as a vj in Toronto at Round Venue, at private festivals and in Grey Bruce.
